At Bites, we’re all about delivering quality with every sandwich. It is important to us to use locally sourced, sustainable, and ethical ingredients where possible, so that we can craft each order with care and attention to detail. Our passion for great food is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that every bite is as fresh and flavourful as it can be.


Mike, the brains behind the operation, has been working in kitchens since he was 16, and has been a head chef since 2005. In 2021, he decided to become a freelance chef and kitchen consultant. Full of ideas, Mike noticed that there aren’t many places in Lincoln to get a decent sarnie, or a lunch delivered without having to use an expensive delivery app. Thus, Bites Ltd was born!
